Bumper Repair & Replacement
Bumper covers take the first hit in almost every low-speed accident, and they're the damage everyone else notices in a parking lot.
Depending on the damage, we either repair the existing cover with plastic welding and refinishing, or replace it outright. Either way it gets color matched to the rest of the vehicle and refit so the gaps line up with the fenders and hood.
What’s involved
Repair when it makes sense
Scuffs, small cracks, and mounting tab damage can usually be repaired for less than a new cover.
Correct fitment
A bumper with uneven gaps looks wrong even in the right color. We take the time to set it.
Sensors and cameras refit
Parking sensors, cameras, and radar brackets are transferred and reseated so the driver aids still work.
Questions we get asked
- Repair or replace — which is cheaper?
- Repair usually wins for scuffs and small cracks. Once a cover is torn through, badly deformed, or missing mounting tabs, replacement is both cheaper and better.
- Will my parking sensors still work?
- Yes. Sensors are removed, transferred to the new cover, and reseated in the correct positions.
